Valley AV is an Arizona event production company. We supply the sound, the stage, the lighting and the video, and the crew that runs it. Not a video team that also brings speakers: a live event partner that understands load-in, power, rigging and a run of show that changes at the last minute.
From a single graduation in a high school gym to a multi-room conference with IMAG and an LED wall, we size the production to the room and stay on site until the last cue has passed.

Brief
Tell us the date, the venue and what the room needs to do. We ask the questions that decide the gear list.
Design
You get a stage plot, equipment list and a plan for power, rigging and load-in before anything is booked.
Load-in
Our crew arrives with time to spare, sets the system, then runs a real sound check and lighting focus.
Show
Operators stay on the consoles through the last cue, then strike and load out clean at the end of the night.

We are an event company first. That means load-in windows, venue power, rigging points and a run of show that changes at 4pm. Valley AV plans for all of it, then puts a crew in the room to make sure the show lands.
